We provide customized services to our clients in India and abroad, including Europe, Japan, USA, Iran, Egypt and the whole of Asia (China, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and SAARC nations). Over a period of time, we have established ourselves as credible and reliable technical support services organization, providing single-window solutions to the industry consistently, efficiently and at the most competitive costs.

In its endeavor to regulate trade and commerce, the Govt. of India has issued various technical regulations to control trade in 136 products, making BIS certification mandatory for these items for consideration of health and safety, environment, mass consumption and deceptive trade practices. For facilitating market access in India to the foreign manufacturers, we are partnering large number of major manufacturers of steels, tyres, cements, electrical cables and appliances, food products, etc., in Asia (noticeably in China and Taiwan) and Europe for BIS certification; and provide them complete array of technical support encompassing document preparation, filing of application, development of sample(s), providing test equipments (where required), coordinating with BIS and liaison with concerned official(s), and testing of sample(s) in laboratory(ies) in India.

The Ministry of Electronics & IT, Govt. of India, has notified 49 electronic & IT products under the Compulsory Registration Scheme of BIS. For registration under this scheme, majority of the electronics & IT giants from all over the world (many are Fortune 500 companies) are our existing clients. We are consistently getting the maximum number of registrations issued under the scheme month after month since the inception of the scheme. We are also the approved service providers in India for Dell, Lenovo and HP. We offer single-window solutions to our clients for CRS work during the process of registration as well as post-registration.

Recently, the Telecom Engineering Centre under Department of Telecom, Govt. of India, has also issued notification (effective 1st August 2019) that all telecom equipment for use in India shall have to be registered with the TEC under its Mandatory Testing & Certification of Telecom Equipment (MTCTE) Procedure. We are the first-of-the-block to start providing this service in India.

We provide consultancy services for obtaining clarification / exemption of certain grades of Steel from the purview of Steel Q C Order. The work involves technical analysis, documents preparation and interaction with Technical Committee, Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India.

We have also started providing services for "product type approval for energy efficiency labeling" from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and have already run-up an impressive list of clients.

Another important activity in our portfolio is to help the entrepreneurs in India to set-up laboratories; arrange for accreditation of laboratories against ISO/IEC 17025 from National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (NABL); and if required, facilitate BIS recognition of such accredited laboratories in India. We are instrumental in accreditation and recognition of a large number of laboratories in various scope sectors in India. Another equally important ancillary activity is manufacturing and supplying equipment to manufacturers and laboratories for testing as per test protocols prescribed in the relevant Indian and International Standards. So far, we have successfully supplied thousands of test equipments to hundreds of manufacturers and laboratories in India and abroad.

Bureau of Indian Standards operates a scheme for certifying purity of precious metals and alloys. For this purpose, it also recognizes "centres for assaying and hallmarking of gold/silver jewellery and artifacts" as well as "refineries for precious metals". We are one of the leading service providers in this segment and have been instrumental in getting more than a hundred such centres / refineries recognized by BIS.

Last, but not the least, we also provide support to obtain accredited certification for various types of management systems as per relevant International Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, etc.).
