Omega Industrial Corporation proudly became the first Indian company to develop a complete range of testing equipment for evaluating the performance, bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE), and quality of Surgical Masks in accordance with IS 16289:2014.

This milestone played a significant role in strengthening India’s testing infrastructure by enabling manufacturers and laboratories to conduct complete in-house testing as per BIS requirements.
